Hourly Recruiting Support:

We provide dedicated hourly corporate recruiting support to your organization, billing you for the hours spent sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates all the way through the interview and offer process.  With this model, there is no additional fee per placement.  This model is best for organizations that have consistent recruiting needs, but not enough to warrant full time recruiting support.

 

Retainer:

For an agreed upon monthly fee, we're available for corporate recruiting support when you need us. With this model, there is no additional fee per placement. This model is best for organizations that do not have consistent recruiting needs, but have several openings to be filled at any time.

Contingency:

With this model, there are no fees or payments until a placement is made.  Once an individual is hired, the placement fee is a previously agreed upon percentage of the new hire's first year salary. This model is best for organizations that have sporadic recruiting needs or require recruiting support to supplement their existing team.
